I know our vet clinic, Wheat City, is closed, but are any of the others in Brandon open on Monday?  
 
We woke up this morning to see that our dog had been sick. It looks like she ate a leather wallet, and something of hard clear plastic. I'm hoping she got it all up and is just feeling a little sick (she's definitely not herself right now), but she is trying to throw up and is just getting slimy bile, and she tries to poop but has a difficult time, and it's just liquid. I'm relly hoping it's nothing serious like an obstruction. At what point do we call the emergency line?

I just recently went through this with one of my cats. He ate something he wasnt supposed too. He vomitted all night and part of the next day. It started off clear and foamy looking, turned to bile, then eventually become pink from blood because he irritated his throat.  
 
I called one of the emergency after hours numbers and they suggested to me I wait it out at least 24 hours and to keep an eye on him for dehydration. So as long as your dog is throwing up but still trying to maybe drink water here and there, wait it out unless things take a turn for the worse.  
 
every vet may be different, but yeah....

Personally, I wouldn't wait any longer. If it's an obstruction that requires medical attention possibly surgical intervention. Call a Vet ASAP: you may have to  
take your dog in today (Sunday).

If you want to call one of the 2 Brandon mobile vets if your poor pet gets worse... I hope all will be well.  
 
Can't link right now, but if you Google pet mobile clinics, Brandon, Mb. They will come to your home and will have contact numbers. They are competitively priced and reasonable.

If the dog is trying to poop and is only passing liquid, it's very possibly an obstruction. The poop will liquify to get around the obstruction. I would call the emergency number for your vet right away at this point. They can get dehydrated very, very quickly like that.  
 
We had a dog that did something similar growing up and required emergency surgery.

Unfortunately, she's in Winnipeg until later tonight. We'll keep an eye on her and if no better, will get her in for an emergency visit tomorrow. It's been a couple hours now since she's tried to throw up, and she's somewhat acting normal (not in obvious distress), so we're not at the panicking point yet.
