Broken leg and found in front of applebees, they need help!!

Do they need money to help pay for the surgery? Would like to help, but not sure how..

URGENT! Kitty went to the vet and has a BROKEN LEG!!  
Either option is very costly. The vet bill is already $300.00.

We are currently waiting for a quote from the vet in virden. We will be vetting outside of brandon we just are unsure of clinic yet. I will update everyone once i know more.  
 
I have added photos of the kittens who need help.  
One needs tail amputation and the little black one needs leg amputation

Hello to those who are wondering.  
We will be getting the amputations done in Virden at the Virden Animal Hospital.  
Our account should be under BALA  
We are not sure of a date as of yet but hey will be calling as soon as they can get us in.  
For the time being these sweet babies are being kept comfortable on pain medication and rest.

The surgery date for these kittens...thanks...when you find out.

and I'm not meaning to sound rude,as it is a legit question. Are the amputations being done because they are the cheaper option, or because they are in the best interest of the animal? I know funds are tight for organizations such as yourself, so was just wondering if price is the deciding factor in treatments.

No it was not the deciding factor. The Kittens femer bone is broken and the way that its broken they cannot splint it. We sought out 2 different vet opinions and we got the same answer.  
Kittens that young have a higher chance of complications and he is only 8 weeks. The alternative surgery (pin and screws) puts too much stress on their little bodies and can cause heart attacks among many other complications.  
He can still live a very long healthy life with only 3 legs, and we feel it is best for his quality of life.  
The tail amputation there isnt an alternative. But it will be a quick surgery and hopfully an easy recovery.

Surgery is booked for aug 10th in Virden. Thankyou to all the amazing people who have and are going to donate. We couldnt do it without you!

Hope both of these kittens will find good homes once they have recovered from surgery. They have already been through so much.

Both of these sweet little kittens have had their surgeries. Both went well.  
The kitten with the broken leg successfully had his leg amputated. He is very anxious to get running around!  
 
The kitten with a broken tail has a way to go and may require more of an amputation once we see how it heals.  
She was in pretty rough shape. But now is in excellent hands and we are hoping for the best!  
 
I will upload the photos tomorrow of their trip and how they are settling in after surgery.
