MTS internet down!?!?

I live off Magnolia Cres in the south end of Brandon and our MTS internet and TV services has been out since Christmas Eve evening, any other part of the city experiencing the same issue? When we called them yesterday they were aware of the outage but said they didn’t know the cause or when it would be fixed.

I live right by you, and we have been out since then as well. My parents live in Brentwood, and their MTS service has been fine! I have also called twice and yep zero info as to why, or when it will be fixed. So frustrating!!
