    They’re starting to make product again, it happens every time they start the plant.

    they vent natural gas and/or hydrogen plus steam during certain conditions. sometimes it lights and burns, other times it doesn't burn.  
     
    their website could really use some more visibility of information for curious citizens to prevent worry or panic.

    A few more comments in the archived thread at the link below. This one stood out as seeming to make a lot of sense, tho I haven’t vetted it myself and admittedly know squat about this sort of stuff:  
     
    “Koch uses natural gas as a feed stock for the NH3 plant. The process involves several different catalysts which need to be heated up in order for the reactions to take place. To do this they slowly progress to various venting locations with the natural gas (explains loud noise). On occasion the vents will light off.. Looking at Adams video it appears they have lit off..”
