I had the twinrix vaccine in December. It is not covered by insurance, you need to get a prescription for it (either walk-in or see your family doc), get the prescription filled at the pharmacy which cost $180 (for 3 vials unless you only need the booster), then get it injected by a nurse at another $10 per injection. As far as I know, it will last 10 years then you only need the booster after that. I assume you can get the other two at the same time. I also got my tetanus shot which was free (including the injection).
