Income Tax Email Scam

got my first Income Tax email scam of the season.
The email looks pretty legit and even the site it takes you to looks legit.
All I have to do is enter all my informationi:ncludes: social number - my mother maiden name - date of birth and all the info on my credit / debit card that I would like my refund send to.
I need to act fast - expires today.
