Larry was so helpful when we were looking for our first home, we called him back to list it when we wanted to upgrade. He priced it right and had it sold and before we knew it, we were in our forever home!!

I second Larry Jago. I wouldn't use anyone else. He's very knowledgeable, works for you and then some. He is with Century 21.

Larry Jago all the way. Not only is he the most knowledgeable realtor I have worked with he is also a great guy to be around. He is a hard worker and sure made me feel like our needs and interests were his number one priority. I'm a difficult client and I know that. After 5 minutes it felt like he was someone I had known for years. I worked with about 6 different realtors in my life with the many properties we have had and I'd never go to anyone else but him. I'm glad he is a young guy so I know he will be around for years to come. I'm an old guy, so him being in his mid 30's makes him a young man to me.

I'd recommend Glen Tosh (Royal LePage). Great guy and very straightforward.

Ken Reimer from 3% is really good. Built his own house and a couple others. Knows what to look for and helped me steer away from houses that will be problems. Straight forward guy and goes above and beyond what most realtors will do for you.

I highly suggest either Darcy Chorney or Larry Jago. Both from Century 21. Both very hard workers and go getters.  
I've known both personally for years.

Works hard for you and very knowledgeable when it comes to rural properties. Have had him represent us a few times and has exceeded our expectations every time. Always make things happen in a timely fashion, or even faster than expected. He is very easy to work with and will tell you exactly what the situation is without sugarcoating it so you know where you stand in the deal. Amazing guy that does an amazing job.
