    Is there anyone watching live tv on their iPad with Westman tv?

    I have Westman Cable TiVo box and watch all my television on my iPad Air 2 through their VU-IT! app. It has always worked perfectly with no problems or big complaints (except you can’t have a small screen running the tv app while you do other things like you can with Netflix)  
    I haven’t turned on the tv itself in 5 or 6 months.  
     
    Why do you ask?

    I can watch live tv on preview for 10 minutes then you have to login. When I click to login there is a list of service providers but WCG is not on the list.

    I would ask Westman. You need them to set it up with a xxxxxx@wcgwave.ca account information.  
    I called them when I was setting mine up and they handled it all over the phone. (Over a year ago so I don’t remember what to do but it was actually quite easy).  
     
    I do have their best cable / internet bundle, wonder if that might make a difference.  
    Call them. They were very helpful.

    I was over there today and Ihave registered with them but I can not watch live tv. They are supposed to call me back. They are not sure why I can not watch live tv. Can you watch tv live?

    I just tried about 30 different channels and all worked perfectly. It buffers for about 15 to 30 seconds to start. Everything seems to be fine. Sorry you are having trouble. It can be very frustrating.  
    Sorry I can’t be more help but I am techno ignorant. But it is possible, just don’t give up yet.

    Are you talking about using Vu-It streaming app with Tivo to watch live TV/recordings on the DVR or, on demand "go apps" with things like CBC/CTV/TSN etc. BIG difference between the two as you do NOT need Tivo for the go apps. but the experience is completely different.

    I can watch all videos on VU-IT but as an example of live tv can anyone watch CNN live. You can watch a preview for10 minutes it then says login.
