    It’s true provided the city planning etc goes through.  
     
    Not a fan of Timmies but it’s a good location

    It’s a smart move. Tons of traffic in the morning on Richmond, especially going east on Richmond. Even going north and south on 1st. Soon there will be a new school in the south east end, likely even more residential development too. Smart move.

    This is a great location for a Timmie's and an Esso. Lots of people work in the industrial area. I can see it being very, very busy. I mean all Timmie's are busy but this is going to be nutso busy.  
     
    I hope to see more development in this area. There is quite a bit of open space.

    Nothing against Timmies so much but until Esso cleans up their long abandoned location on Rosser Ave. , they should not be able set up a new location.

    Much more excited about a gas station on this side of city than a Tim's. Tim's food and coffee is subpar at best. But fuel on the east side is virtually non existant.

    I really hope that the city does something about traffic control at the corner and doesn’t just allow another structure to go up and forget that important part of the planning...

    Bang on! That’s such a busy corner, and as I said above, with a new school and all the new developments (houses) that’s going on there, it’s time to look at the roads. Citizens can benefit from a two lane now, so can only see the need to expand from a one lane to a two lane increasing in the future
