That’s where the new Dairy Queen is being built. They are getting it ready to start building.

Yes, we’re finally getting a Dairy Queen brazier!

Definitely not too keen on the Walmart parking lot getting smaller. I realize that corner wasn’t too full with vehicles but I have already noticed a difference in parking

You do realize that's not even remotely in the same part of town? Plus, there's a Dairy Queen in the mall across the street.  
 
But yes, I agree it would be good if that area got built up again.

I hope when all the construction is done that Shindico steps up and does something to help ease traffic flow. The whole parking lot area is not conducive to ease of flow in any way. Travelling West on Kirkcaldy approaching the lights at the Corral Centre there needs to be an actual designated (larger) turning lane, if there are 3 vehicles at a red the traffic lines up 2 streets down.

Duh!!! Yes not in the same part of town, but not the ideal place for a dairy queen blazier to open up.  
 
Diary queen in the mall can close if they built in the staples parking lot.  
 
Shindico needs to stop building more buildings in Corral Centre, and focus on their other properties in town.
