Went and visited the store. The store has a great layout and bright atmosphere. What I was really disappointed in is the trying to find the knowledge of what each brand does. Yes there is indica, hybird, sativa. What I don't like is you can't seem to find out what the specific strain targets. Here is two examples.

And a much better write up that would benefit more users.

I know that many users would like to know the target effects vs the physical characteristics of the buds. Pot to some may be just like having a beer after work or on the weekend. For others it is a meditating/focus on specific psychological properties. My buddy with MS looks for strains that target restless leg so he can sleep better at night. The write ups on both Delta 9 and Tweed have been very poor in trying to target info like that.
Pricing is comparable to street pricing. Very disappointed in that. There won't be a line up at the unemployment center from dealers out of business. The government hasn't priced dealers out of the equation. With online now let's face the truth. You won't be able to shut down online. Pricing online kills the local business pricing. Sure you can pay the same price online but there are always deals where it is half the price. But for the weekend warriors stores like this are needed for the small amount users. True experienced users I think will move online.
Quality. Hit and miss. Top strain indica they had was tiny crumbly little popcorn buds which to me looked like they were premature. I noticed a lot of Sativa strains. I see what the government is doing. Sativa is a more uplifting strain vs a good indica that will sink you into the couch. It would be nice to have a more balanced option. I understand they want more "happy stoners" vs the stigma of the "burnout stoner", but some need a good sleep at night and indicas will help much better for that.
Otherwise for casual and moderate smokers this is a good start. The more regular to focus based smokers there are other options I would say.
That is just my personal review. Will I go back....probably not. Will I check out the others when they open....probably. Interesting to see how each will present themselves.
