They aren't usually out until toward the end of November and are sold by the Assiniboine Kiwanis Club.
Another is the Wounded Warriors coupon sheet/book. When avail I gather they're looking at the spring. They I believe sell both door to door and at a few of the bigger stores in Brandon.
