    We are looking at purchasing one of the projectors for Christmas lights to shine on our garage. The issue I have with this is that the plug in would have to run across our sidewalk to plug in. Does anyone have suggestions on how to not trip over the cord or have it interfere with shovelling?  
    As well any suggestions on what projector to buy and from where?

    Putting a pipe over the wire than spray painting it a bright colour. Can’t promise you won’t trip on it but at least it will protect the cord

    I got one from Home Depot last year that you can control through an app on your phone. Change the colours and how it flashes from the app. You can actually get one that can be used for multiple holidays just by changing the colours it displays.

    Having a projector controlled by your phone is really cool! How do you deter from having this stolen in your front yard?
