I'll be moving to Brandon over the summer and was wondering if any of the apartment complexes around Brandon have student rent discounts? Also wondering when it would be best to start looking for a place in time for September. Thanks.

I haven’t heard of any discounts for students ever anywhere but it would be interesting. Also I would start May/ June. The classified section here is really good, Kiijii may also have some and last place I would look is Facebook

As a long time Property manager I can say there is no such thing. You can contact me if you want. It is a good idea to start early as was said.

well that's news to me. I've lived in DOTC housing before in Brandon, both market and subsidizied and they offered student rent but I was not a student at the time, so I just thought it was a thing for other places.

really liking Arbutus Place though.
