Future Waywayseecapo development sign?

I see a sign on #10 north just before the airport turnoff that says future Waywayseecapo development. Some work has gone on there and just wondering if it has been said what is going there. It is a blind corner and does not seem like a great place for anything major to go unless some changes to the road happen.
