Does this charitable organization still exist? There used to be a place on the 100 block of 6th or 7th st, I think that, accepted donations and opened a Christmas shopping store for low income children to buy gift for like 25-50 cents. I have items to donate but haven't heard of this operation recently.

it is ran by Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba. I can't find info online, you might be best phoning their office. I'm just not sure if it is the Foundation or the regular CFS office, but I do believe they are ran out of the same place.

Some schools operate Christmas stores for their students to do exactly this. I know Earl Oxford does.

On Pacific has a store for the needy I believe.
