don't know your model number, but if you want to try some tricks on your own, here is one:

sometimes there is a key at top of keyboard that looks like two screens. I think it's made for VGA cable output (which would normally is used to hook up to a computer monitor). If yours has a FN key, I would hold that down, and then look for a key with an icon of a monitor on it, (or two monitors), it may be called F5. Press FN and F5 at same time. See what happens.
