I understand that the rotary book sale is a very noble cause. The library has been having an annual book sale for over 30 years and also relies on donation of books..the book sale , (set up, selling etc.) is all done by volunteers (I am one of them) the proceeds from the book sale goes to activities in the library for children, adults, and all stays in brandon...so please consider the library book sale as well....

Can you share date and times when the Library book sale is? I think most book lovers would like to patronize both. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing, we love the Rotary sale but cant go to enough book sales if you want to share info on when and how one donates! I would think that even just by the extra awareness about the different sales we have that everyone could benefit from extra donations.

I would also suggest getting in contact with the Rotary Clubs of Brandon (I think there are two and contact info is available with a quick google search) as I have read on ebrandon before that a lot of the books get tossed/recycled after the sales, as there isn't many places that will accept them if they do not sell.  
 
Maybe you could work something out that will benefit both as I don't think the reason the books get tossed is because they are not wanted, theres just SOO many books to go through.  
 
I frequent both of the book sales but am more apt to drop my book donations off at a yellow bin on my way in grocery shopping instead of trying to find parking downtown. That or try and exchange them for store credit at George Strange.
