I found one thing that helped was using smaller dishes. (bowls/plates) The food portion then looks like it is more.
Portion control is very important for a better lifestyle.
Along with watching the small things like butter (do we really need as much as we use): dressings: condiments: spices: etc.
I got side tracked last year so have to get back on the bandwagon with following a healthy diet.
AND don't forget there are salads every where including fast food places. If you need some protein add chicken breast (not breaded though).
