Sorry, my last post wasn't organized, all feedback be it positive or negative is wanted, please let's try and keep it clean.  
 
What are any ideas and thoughts about this meet and great, is canola a topic, is carbon tax a topic, what are the things that are on your mind, if you do attend. If not post ideas anyways, that's how we grow.

There are currently 13 parties in Alberta, Manitoba has much less.  
 
Another party won't hurt/ or split, or do any of these things people talk about. Mainly, here we have 1 federal seat for Brandon-Souris... wouldn't it be cool if one of the parties actually tried to increase this so Western Manitoba might have a little more federal representation, Now when it comes to the split thing, well we do not even have CPC here in Manitoba at the provincial level.  
 
So, as far as I know, this is about learning and understanding. There will be many curious people looking for some sort of answer, myself i:ncluded. Perhaps I may not get the answer I want nor like, but at least I tried, and will be trying.  
 
Being one person in a large country it's hard to make a slight difference every day, but if it's only to help understand the spectrum of political happenings around us, that's what I try to do.  
 
I am definitely not correct on matters all the time and it's these kinds of meetings that make me realize that more and more, and to keep an open mind of others wishes, concerns, and beliefs.

Depending on what poll you look at, Bernier's PPC are polling between 1 and 3%. Most likely that is votes that would otherwise be conservative. The Conservatives are currently running high enough polling that they have about a 50/50 chance between holding either a majority or a minority government. Had that 3% of PPC support remained with the Conservatives, they would be in definite majority territory.  
 
There were a number of ridings where the Liberals won by margins of less than 500 votes. The vote splitting of the PPC will hurt.  
 
I won't be attending. The only idea I would like to offer him is to fold the party so we can be in a better position to get rid of the Liberals. The way it is going now, in 4 more years we won't recognize Canada, and the debt will be beyond repair.

I may have been a lil tyke at the time, but wasn't the ironically named modern day Progressive Conservative party formed as a way of uniting the right? To prevent the Canadian Alliance and the old PC party from splitting the vote all the time?  
 
Ole Max seems to be messing up this past action. Which is fine by me!
