I think the people who hold this kind of money are crazy, and I think the people who work in Banks, they need to improve their business knowledge. First, this is a sample of practice for counting money. It is usually used by accountants or bank staff to improve work efficiency. Second, forbidden to circulation, it didn't use to go shopping etc.

If u have $10000 cash,each of $20,We need to multiply, not add.  
$20*500=$10000 (Too fast)  
If use add,20+20+20(Too slow)

While it may have been printed and designed to be used for training purposes, people have been using it and others of its kind to try and scam banks, business's and people since the day it was printed lol  
 
Any of the test/training cash I've ever seen usually looks nothing like actual currency, why would it need to look almost exactly like a countries currency is beyond me, maybe for familiarization, still seems odd to me.

I appreciate the clarification! I hadn't seen that particular story. And WOW, these scammers must wait for a really busy time in a store to attempt to pass this money because the Chinese lettering's colour is quite bright. Or, come to think of it, if there are self-checkouts that actually accept cash, it could be passed that way (??).
