brown water

I had this earlier today in south end.Never seen any water main flushing signs anywhere.Last summer same thing. When I contacted the city about it. They had mentioned something about a surge and when it comes back on that’s why all the brown stuff like sediment on the bottom.Had to run lots of water to get clear.
