Nothing showing on the Hydro outages page so far.
When did it first start? Whether or not it was related there was definitely a quick flicker at the opposite end of town at 9:40am....

Hydro page now shows one unplanned outage in Brandon effecting "less than 5" customers and when you zoom in on the map it seems to show Argyle Courts (doesnt sound like it describes you):

There's an outage reporting option at the link that would be worth doing if you havent already...
