The City is taking further measures this afternoon including:

-closure of the Sportsplex beginning at 7pm tonight, until further notice
-closure of the Brandon Youth Centre beginning at 3pm today, until further notice
-next month's Park Community Centre public consultation is postponed
-current and future bookings of school facilities arranged through the City of Brandon/BSD joint user agreement are cancelled until further notice

A new COVID-19 positive test, a man in his 40s in Winnipeg believed to have acquired through travel through South Korea, Philippines, Japan:

“For the week of March 16 to 20, 2020, schools will be open, however, if the parent chooses to self-isolate or increase the degree of social distancing for their child, Brandon School Division will provide programming and support.”

Three new presumptive positive

If all confirmed as positive that would bring provincial total to seven.
CBC is reporting that one of the three new cases is from Winnipeg and one from Interlake. Have not yet provided details on location of the 3rd:

Province further updated on the three new presumptive positive cases announced Sunday.

The third case that they hadn’t given a location for was Winnipeg. All three of the new cases are believed to be travel-related. Out of 7 confirmed or presumptive positive cases, 6 are Winnipeg and one in the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority area:

Shoppers Mall

Though Shoppers Mall is remaining open normal hours, it is now offering its retailers the option of reducing hours beginning Tuesday.
For stores that choose to do so, hours would be 11am-7pm Monday through Friday and 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Thx for sharing. For Tims the release says "most locations"... Have confirmed with local management that dining room closures will in fact include all Brandon and Westman locations.

Per link below Starbucks is closing some, taking chairs away in others. As of the AM, the main Corral Starbucks was open for takeout but chairs were not avail:

From the latest provincial update at the link below, one more presumptive positive case out of Winnipeg for what would be eight in the province (7 in Winnipeg, 1 in Interlake). Still saying that at this time it appears all eight Manitoba cases have come via travel-related exposure:

Just4Kidz is closing temporarily. Keeping bookings for private functions and birthday parties, though not taking new bookings at this time. During the closure time they will be deep-cleaning the entire facility to ensure cleanliness for groups that have booked:
