Thx Trevor B. I’m not able to go back to work till at least July 1st as per my manager. So I’ll keep doing my reports until I do thanks so very much. So my $500 payment today is correct? Is this right Trevor B.

I actually did the call back option last week and they called me today.

The lady helped me with my Mar 28 report that was stuck in limbo and advised me how to answer the one question on future reports. She let me know to check my account in 24-48 hours as it should be processed for me by then (she stated there are many reps working to process the reports).

I should then be able to do my next report to be able to get the 2nd round of CERB.

When I log into my account it asks for an access code. I haven’t received one. Does everyone else have a code?

How long ago did you make your acct?

It is sent by snail mail. Take 3 to 5 business days.

I have already received a payment. I was trying to do my EI report. I just don't remember getting a code.

Where is this? I can’t find it.

Getting extremely frustrated as I applied for EI before March 15th, employee took forever to do ROE, now it’s in, filled out 3 cards already and still “under review”

I think I found it. Under service request? I sent it in that way and it says someone should call back. Lets hope

EI and Re-Applying for CERB

I just read tonite that if you are still off work and I’m need of the CERB you must reapply. What if you are an ei applicant which has switched over to CERB do I need to reapply for the CERB or just keeping sending in my EI reports biweekly. Thx

This is the form I filled out. I started filling it out April 9th. And when I didnt get a call back, I got worried and filled it out more (forgot about the holiday). I got a callback yesterday and she helped me (hopefully, still waiting for my report to be processed, but it has only been 24 hrs). I then got 3 callbacks today lol. All very nice women!
