Straight fron the City of Brandon wesbite:
due to the current situation, there will be a delay to the start of the Green Cart Program. Once we have a firm date on when the program will begin we will announce it at that time. In the meantime, we ask that all residents with green carts NOT place their green carts out in the lanes or the front street for pickup. Green bins will be available at the depots Tuesday, April 7th for the public to use.
We would also remind residents that the Eastview Landfill Site will not be opening for summer hours until further notice, therefore the landfill site will only be open from Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.
