I have a Birth document that I would like to see if someone could translate for me from Polish to English out of the kindness of their heart

This works pretty good. I did it with letters from my mom's family from Denmark.

Maybe email the site, not sure if it is still open, perhaps there is a "phone number somewhere.  
Alternatively upload a scan/photo here and see if we have any Polish people who are on ebrandon.  
There is sure to be a Polish community around locally.

Immigrant Centre down on 10th and Pacific. They may know translators that can help.

I think going on Reddit and asking communities there could be helpful, such as /r/polish or /r/translator would probably be good places to start.

Defininately try them. They have a staff member who is originally from Poland.

Try connecting with one of the local genealogical societies. They can probably direct you to a resource experienced in translating written historical Polish documents.  
 
And yes, for what it's worth, simple online translation web resources work well for many languages, but Polish is a tough one.Didn't work for me. Polish apparently is declensed, suffixed, prefixed, inclined, sublimed, prepositioned and etc etc, to a remarkable degree. I even suspect that some of the prefixes are suffixed. The position of a single letter in a sentence in relation to word order seems to be able to change the sense from "was born of" to " gave birth to".  
 
And when dealing with old written records, it's not always clear just what letter is what. It needs a human touch.

You could maybe try the 'phone directory for Polonia, just north of Neepawa. This was/is home to many Polish immigrant families.  
Pick a polish name and call to enquire.
