My home has had poor water pressure being supplied to it for the last 7 days. I was told that 7-8 GPM would be a normal pressure and I currently am being supplied at 2 GPM. The emergency line was called last weekend and I received prompt service to confirm my low pressure, however I have left a couple of messages with utilities (sewer and water) and have received zero response as to what is the plan to rectify the situation.  
It is not localized to my house as I have confirmed and relayed to them that other homes are affected also.  
I am not confident that anything will be done this weekend as when I called last weekend the concern of the person I spoke to on the phone was if they would have to call people "out" (OT?) to work on the problem.  
Has anyone else had a similar issue? Is there someone else I should be getting in contact with?

Could it be possible that you have a water main leak,to check go to your water meter and check if the little red triangle is spinning you have a leak,that what happen time a couple of years ago I had a underground water line break
