    Basement flooded

    My basement is flooded same with my neighbors dont know what to do waters still coming out i have 2 3year olds and dont know what to do

    Renter or owner?  
    If rented contact landlord immediately.  
    If owner do you own a portable water pump to pump out the water?

    Thank god i have a hot tub emptyier thing it worked good enough for the time being and my dad owns the place tried for hours to get ahold of his insurance company finaly got ahold of someone else where they were supposed to call back with in an hour that was hours ago

    I live in a basement suite of a new house and heard the sub pump working a few times already. I am glad that they decided to lift the basement floor 2 feet to make sure it would keep dry.

    call ,hydro to shut off power, cancade restoration, and you're insurance company
