As you may of heard, there is a bright comet gracing our skies. It is naked eye and visible withing the city. It's moving into the Big Dipper and the evening skies. The last good naked eye comet visible to use was in 2007 and Comet McNaught.
Below are some ways of finding the comet. If you have a pair of binoculars, it's well worth a look. If you have a cellphone with a pro mode, you can set it to capture it. Set the focus to the most distant setting and set the exposure to 2 seconds or more. Just make sure you mount it securely. and experiment with the settings.
