The street I live on had new curbs put in and some sunk spots cut out to repack/repair , a notice came out to homeowners that the week of the 27th Zenith comes in to grind down asphalt and re pave - so far so god . Today I get home and see another paving outfit with trucks and machineries to pave the cut out spots , we not talking about patches it is a good 6 feet all up the block and some big cut out spots.I talked to one of the workers and showed him the notice and he said yes happens all the time they pave today and Monday the other one comes in and grinds it off and re do the street - how can the city waste that amount of money when in 4 days all gets ground off again !
