Another black eye for our justice system.

It looks as though we have yet another case of bail granted a second time in spite of breaching the original conditions, although the Crown opposed release.
Furthermore, it's alleged that following the second release, the same person has burned down a house with people inside, & started 2 other fires. Any wonder that many people have little faith in out justice system? I, for one, wonder at the point of placing conditions on a release order or attaching a financial penalty.
