Again this week I saw many people dump the grass clippings directly from the lawn mower bag into the dumpsters! I even saw one commercial lawn cutter do it.  
 
No biggie as some say--but with the dumpsters being gone this fall and replaced with smaller single house units I wonder how soon the gripeing starts when those same people have no easy way to get rid of the grass?? Maybe the timing mid October early November was done by the city to counter that-
