It is fantastic to see this resource become available to those who can use it and it sounds well thought out, including tutors. Every bit helps.

I can offer some remote assistance to some parents if needed as we homeschool (various ages), but am unable to bring others' children into our home on a regular basis due to space limitations & a rural location.

I am just throwing this out there for those who might wish to take advantage of my offer.

Medical exemption

Cross-posting this with the main back to school thread in case there are others that may have a medical reason that might qualify them for remote learning.

For anyone who didn’t have a chance to read the survey BSD sent out late last week regarding a remote learning option;

"Students are eligible who have Covid-related medical factors and have been medically advised that the student should not return to in-class learning."

and

"Students are eligible who have family members in the same household that have Covid-related medical factors and have been medically advised that the student should not return to in-class learning"

One’s doctor and school's principal would be best to open a conversation with about eligibility.
