I have a PO Box and buy tickets online and I don’t use a credit card either. I signed up with play now.com and use my online banking to add funds, never had any trouble and don’t get charged any fees.
I’m the same, been using the same numbers for years.

There is a retailer in Brandon who is selling scratch tickets which is a clear violation of the public health orders/restrictions.

That store states that MB Lotteries said it was ok to sell the tickets curb side, not in store, nor can they validatr tickets. Ubsure of what the truth is to this, as if so, why can the other stores not sell them curb side as well?

That store is lying. Hope you reported them so they can get their $5K Christmas gift from Pallister.

they are not the only store in Manitoba to be allowed to sell. This store has also had numerous complaints against them for not following the public health orders. It's only a matter of time....

Personally, I feel if the province is okay selling Christmas decorations they should reopen lottery for the simple fact it is one of the biggest revenue streams, the profits of which could be reallocated to stimulating the economy. I am actually surprised Ebenezer Pallister has allowed them to remain closed this long.

Can't buy a Lotto Max for the big draw but I bet Quebec can still purchase even though their covid cases are out of control!
