    The land is owned by Forman Honda for a potential new Honda facility. No development imminent the last time I talked to management over the summer with uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.

    Just cleaned up for now

    The site was cleaned up enough to be left as is until someday when it gets developed. After Golletz evicted the previous tenants the place was left in an unsafe mess so a contractor was brought in to clean it up so it can be left in a clean state until someday when it gets developed. Currently Foreman Honda owns it and was planning a new dealership there but its on hold for now.

    Just to update, this is still in the works. They’ll be starting the design phase next month which is likely to take several months. At that point they’d look at sorting out construction plans... so don’t expect much visibly for a while yet!

    When the new Honda dealership is built. The old Honda building will be used as a Mazda dealership.
