It’s pretty sad that the mall shut down guest services. Some of those ladies had been there forever.

Guest Services is now closed. With a focus on maintaining safety while staying connected with our tenants and guests, the following services are available:  
 
For Security, contact the Security team at 204-729-1581 for any safety concerns.  
For Shoppers Mall gift cards, please visit shoppersmallbrandon.com.  
We are looking at other options to be launched in the future including: in-mall gift card vending, a texting platform and web chat service to answer questions and to better digitally service our customers.

that sucks! Those ladies were nice and it was handy for different things. Stupid covid!

As a worker at the Shoppers Mall, we were shocked and saddened to hear that Guest Services would be closing. The wonderful ladies there provided help not just to customers but to businesses in the mall. I have spoken to the ladies and expressed our gratitude for their help and great sadness in their losing their jobs.

Makes me sad that the mall is looking to “better digitally service” their customers. Not everyone has or wants a computer/laptop or a smart phone. Not everyone is tech savvy.  
 
I always appreciated the knowledgeable and personable service provided by the Guest Services staff and wish each of them well. IMHO, the decision to close this service is not in the best interests of Shoppers Mall customers.
