    How do I get Proof that I had both Covid Vaccines

    My friend got her second vaccine at the super centre in Brandon and they didn't give her a card (for proof). I guess some people have gotten them but she didn't. Do you know how she would get a card after the fact?

    You contact manitoba health and they send out an actual card. All you get at the vaccine site is a little cardboard card that lists your vaccine dates. It does not prove anything as your name is not on it. I will look up the contact info when I get back in the house

    Also, if you go into your Shared Health account where you get Covid testing results, you can get a page showing what you've received and print that page off. It gets updated pretty quick. Even if you've never been tested, you can create the account to view it.

    Register here need health card very easy  
    -it will give you a form to print out  
    - mine was there in 2days  
     
    At first I thought it was just for test results but it isn’t you will get what you need .
