Covid immunization card to iphone

With the coming need to start showing we are vaccinated, thought I would have my electronic QR code added to my iphone wallet. Have not been able to do so and wonder if any one knows the process.
Logging on to the web site to show it each time would be a total hassle.
Ordered the paper version quite a while ago, it has yet to arrive.
