My appointment is for this Friday do I need to bring any kind of paperwork with that this time?

Where does one get Covid booster shot, and is it available in Pfizer?

At Shoppers Drug Mart….Pfizer booster. Make an appointment.

You can get the first, second or third dose of either Pfizer or Moderna at the Keystone or any of the Prairie Mountain Health pop-up vaccine sites. Take your Manitoba Health card and a completed consent form. You must be at least 6 months after second dose to be eligible for third dose unless you have a doctors note indicating you are immunocompromised or have an autoimmune disease. The Keystone Centre offers both walk-in or appointments….as do most of he pop-ups. Check the PMH social media pages for dates and locations of the pop up clinics.

It would be good for you to take proof of your last vaccination, so they can see it has been 6 months. I have heard of some being a week ahead and turned away. You can print out your vaccination dates. You can print them out at https://shcord.verosource.com/manitoba/register or your Canada Proof of Immunization also shows the dates.

As of last Friday Dec10, the dates changed for anyone over 60 who got 2nd vaccine on or before July 10 can get it immediately. As well as any First Nations,Métis or Inuit over 18.  
All other age groups need to wait 6 months but you can book your appointments for that time . My nephew already booked for January.

If you got your vaccine outside of Manitoba and not registered it here take your proof vaccine you got from that place.  
Otherwise they check you in the system to verify your vaccines.  
We took vaccine print out but Safeway didn’t ask for it they checked it online before giving us vaccines.  
 
Also once you get booster you can order new vaccine card and order a new virtual Federal Proof Vaccine.
