I have sore ears- Today my daughter( I would have walked) left her class at Assiniboine community college to catch the bus. She was out at 5:45- to late to catch the bus as it arrives at that time. So she caught the next bus-6:45. Hits downtown at 7:00. The next bus her way home (according to her) was at 7:30. So at 7:45 my ears starting hurting.  
 
So Far I figure she could have walked to The General hospital and caught a ton of choices between 5:50 and 6:30. looking at transit schedules!  
 
As far as the connecting bus at 7:00 I am not sure but she probably had a choice of a bus but not her normal one-when you are frustrated your thinking get cloudy!. I am going to follow up on this --but from what I see one of those multitude of buses hitting the hospital could scurry over to ACC for at least a 6:00 pickup.
