Anyone know what is happening with that hotel on Rosser where occ bar was

There was no hotel on Rosser Ave. OCC or Mr. B's or whatever name you can remember was on Rosser but The Canadian Inn was on Princess Ave at 5th Street. The Canadian Inn is still there but now called Knights Inn.

Who has a picture of the old hotel on Rosser and you can see the bus depot. I've been in Brandon since 1967 and have never seen a hotel at 5th and Rosser. In fact if you go way way back, the bus depot was at 11th and Princess and a car dealer (I think maybe Fowler's) was in the S/E corner of 5th and Rosser.  
If you are talking about the pictures in the link, the 3rd picture is the beer vendor not the hotel and that's not the bus depot in the background.

The picture you have given link to is the new beer vendor on Rosser the Empire hotel is the renamed (after reno) Canadian Inn with Knights as the restaurant. Further there has never been a hotel there on Rosser the vendor is built on the old Rocco gas station site that was ran by Kelly Kelington and across the street was Brandon Automobiles later Fowlers. The mall across from it was Scot National terminal (groceries supply). Also before the bus depo was built on 6th and Rosser it was a Safeways groceries later Pughs furniture store.

This property seems to have changed hands a few times but here is what I do know for sure the address on link is defiantly former Knights Inn/ Canadian Inn and as of 2022 has been renamed Empire Inn I mistakenly stated restaurant is Knights still but am now uncertain. History of hotel started as The Canadian Inn many many years ago. As for Vendor City tax roll show address as 120-5th st. Hotel is shown as 150-5th st. I hope this helps sort out any confusions.

There used to be a Roco gas station on the corner of 5th and Rosser where the vendor is now.

Yes there was a Roco gas station as stated it was ran by Kelly Kellington whose son is Rndy Kellington of Kellington Floors in Brandon. Spent many days there sharing a Coke and peanuts from machine with my grandfather who was great friends with Kelly.

The vendor is named after the hotel it is associated with, just like the Keystone and Vic.  
 
There are 3 pictures. One is the interior of a room and the other two are of the vendor. I imagine they chose not to show a pic of the hotel itself because... have you seen what it looks like?
