Sobeys issues - server down

Going on a week now where Sobeys tells customers they are having Server issues. Can’t use gift cards, or redeem scene points. Today I was in the store to see empty shelves and few customers . Heard they can’t even order stock due to these issues. Rumour is a hack or Denial of service attack . Anyone have more info on this?

I was in Safeway Tuesday and an employee told me they had gotten their system up and running that morning. They were able to fill prescriptions. The gal said some other things (Scene for one) were still hit and miss but for the most part they were business as usual. Shelves were well stocked. I would have thought Sobeys would be in the same situation since both stores are Empire owned.
