This has probably been on this before, but was wondering the pros and cons between Bell Mts and WCGP.. TV and internet.

Everyone will have their own list but this was my experience from the 2. We had internet with both. I found the bells set up wasn’t even on the same level as WCG. Bell used there wireless pods that were unreliable. You couldn’t hard wire them . WCG has a nice setup now where you can get a wireless extender with the option of having it wired directly to the router. Even without the hard wire it puts off great speeds . We also had TV with both . We were not fans of tv with either so we cut the cord and now only pay for internet . Saved 80 bucks by just streaming. Just depends on what your needs are . Thanks my experience with the 2 . Mts does seem to be harder to get help when troubleshooting vs WCG . Any problems I have gets sorted pretty quickly with WCG .

I've been a WCG fan for 20+ years, I've been satisifed with my home internet speeds vs price the whole time.  
 
I just oversaw a site today that went from mts dsl to westman cable internet, located in central brandon the mts dsl cost was around $75/month and average speed tests done over a couple days were 2-4 mbps download and 0.5 upload max.  
 
Regular price westman xstream 60 is $85 or so and over the afternoon speeds were averaging 55 mbps down and 5-6 upload, feels like a no brainer to me lol  
 
One other pro for WCG is they are a coop, some years you might get a rebate cheque but no guarantees, and you build equity every year you're a part of it.

I really wanted to like WCG but the TV here was atrocious. It kept losing sound and buffering. Made it difficult to watch a show. Called support and they were not much help. BellMTS came along with a great deal that saves us $80 month and we haven't had a issue with sound or buffering since switching.  
 
BellMTS also has better streaming options too.

we've had both, in 2 houses and a townhouse and apartment. Bell/MTS connects through the phone line and we get very close to the advertised speed we pay for with Internet (100MB/s plan and regular speed tests show 85-95 MB/s). We were fairly unhappy with Westman while we had it, it does (or did, we had it 2+ years ago) connect through Coax cable not the phone line and speeds were never even close to what we paid for, and while it was easier to get ahold of their service dept compared to bell (better hours), after our initial deal ran out the price was going to more than double for the 50MB/s internet option at the time, so we went back to Bell, which has worked fairly flawlessly in our current house for the last 2 years.  
 
Basically id say go with whomever has a better deal at the time and if you're unhappy switch when your deal is done.

Have had them for years. MTS offered a good deal for bundle which i:ncluded cell phone. Switch and lasted only 4 months with MTS. Bills never the same. After spending hours trying to find out why, the customer service rep could not explain it. Went back to wcg. Customer service is excellent and quick. If I want to add or deflate a channel, all it takes is a call and 5 minutes later it is done. I have $$ accumulating. I know, it is not an automatic to get full $$ back as soon as you cancel, but let me ask, when do you get your $$ back when you cancel MTS ( you don’t get anything back) . Supporting local also feel good. WCG all the way.
