Hi.. I am just curious.. so Is there anyone who know about it?  
 
The trees in my 2 neighbor's house was removed recently. I assume that city of Brandon have been cutting specific trees for any reasons (like protect spread tree desease)  
 
Actually there is a tree in my yard but They did not cut my tree (They seems to cut specific tree)  
 
Do you know what is this program? and Why they cut tree?. I am just curious

It’s a mixed program from the province/ city. Usually it’s elm trees with Dutch elm disease which looks like a random section of the tree just starts dieing off . Or it could be ash boarer beetles. Either way it’s a process… they are “Supposed” to remove the stump but 8 years later I have an elm bush. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. Hopefully you can find someone to remove the trees you want, including the stumps because the tree will likely come back otherwise.
