Okay, so this is a long shot. And I noticed this started last year around summer and I cannot wrap my head around it. This morning at 3:46am exactly, I was woken up to what sounded like a siren a very brief siren, followed by someone talking as if they were talking through an intercom. It’s hard to make out what is being said because it echoes quite abit. Obviously this wakes me up everytime it happens, and when it does happen it is usually around the hours of 3-4am. I live in downtown area and find this extremely creepy. Does anyone have any idea what or why this is happening?

I would bet that someone in your area has a car alarm that talks. It depends on which system you buy but some if they are triggered with give off a short siren followed by a verbal command until it is set off completely and then it will be straight siren.

I heard this last Saturday morning around 7 am. It was over by ACC on Victoria avenue east.
