Any news on why progress has slowed/stopped

Google AI claims delays due to cold weather... pushing completion back but some of the courts may be finished by October.

For a number of weeks now. Not cold weather thats delaying construction. Has to be something else that has stalled this project. Another project gone south on City donated land?

Do you know why the project completion is moving slowly then? There hasn’t been much progress on the project since winter/spring.  
 
It’s definitely not because of the weather, it’s been nice. Lots of other local projects are moving along nicely and getting completed.

It seems to have slowed down quite a bit - I was wondering myself why they went all winter and now with nice weather it's almost at a standstill - I did notice the past two days it has picked up again

It seems a bit strange that you see someone working there for a week and odd hours and Weekends but then all of the sudden no movement for weeks. Does anyone know the reason for those delays ?

There was an article in the Brandon Sun a few days ago, they were plagued with vandalism and maybe waiting for trusses or something? I forget exactly. Stuff out of their control anyway. Seems like they are good to get building again and have pushed the timeline to the winter.

Engineering has created a huge bottleneck for many projects in town. The City is currently undergoing unprecedented growth, with much of that growth in larger projects, like the ACC Prairie Centre for Excellence, all the apartments being built on Braecrest and Quail Ridge, not to mention a new school coming and the new development at Gambler FN. A lot of work for very few design professionals in the region.
