I'v been reading a book that has me horrified about the meat(esp how it ends up on our tables)I feed my family.  
 
I would love to think i could go vegetarian, this thought overwhelms me as it's often hard to feed my children with all the options I've had, never mind going no meat! But I KNOW I have to make a change.  
 
Any Moms here in Brandon who have made the switch? Any advise, cook-books u'd recommend? I imagine i would have to trek to wpg to get anything organic, as Brandon has zilch to offer. Please Help!!
