Drive away Hunger westman tour

I heard about this on the radio today and love the idea! What a great way to raise awareness and get donations for food banks across Canada.
There will be a tractor pulling a huge trailer that is to be filled with food donations from the communities along it's route. FCC is running both an Eastern Manitoba and Western Manitoba route. Here's the schedule for the Westman route:
October 14: Shoal Lake, Strathclair
October 15: Minnedosa, Neepawa, Carberry
October 16: Douglas, Brandon

Did you know that every month, more than 36,000 people use a food bank in Manitoba? And that almost half of them are children?
That's why Farm Credit Canada is bringing the agriculture industry, local businesses and Manitobans like you together to collect 100,000 pounds of food to help feed hungry people in our province. Drive Away Hunger rolls through Manitoba October 14 through 16. We'll be collecting food and cash donations at stops along the way in support of Manitoba food banks.
Drive Away Hunger is an annual program that started in 2004 and has so far raised almost one million pounds of food for Canadian food banks. It's one of the ways we work with communities to fight hunger in Canada.
