Well the strike goes on and my daughter, who is in her first year university is mega stressed out. I'm told that if it goes on long enough the term could be lost. I've been told only a partial refund, if any, would be available. I'm wondering, seeing as the University locked out it's employees and started this strike, could the students start a class action lawsuit to recoup their losses? Incidentally, not only the term will be lost but the whole year because first term courses are not offered in the second term and many second term courses require prerequisites only available in the first term.
